Creative Dental Connections is excited to announce its newly added referral service, which will impact hundreds if not thousands of people. We would like to invite you to partner with us and join our referral database. We understand the need for patients with Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders to seek therapy. Our mission is to advocate for you the therapist through lunch & learn sessions and events that create a platform to deliver the message. It doesn’t cost to join our database, but you will be charged a $125 referral fee once the patient begins therapy. We hope that you make the decision to partner with us as we look forward to reaching as many people as possible, for you to change their life forever!
We will provide you with the name, address, telephone number and email address of each potential client, along with the reason for their referral. They will be notified that the Therapist will contact them within 24-48 hours and they will be given a 20% off discount from you, only for their initial consultation. It is up to you to decide what you want your fee to be. You must grant them the 20% off, that is how we will capture the lead for you. We will also share your contact information with them as well.
